Have been involved in several process improvement workgroups and pioneering development practices at the company (Git workflow standardization, UML design, introduction of development containers). Took part in introducing Zephyr OS for an existing product line with customized Docker based build and development environment.
Working closely with HW developers and architect teams. Improving CI pipelines and environment, such as adaption of static code analysis (Klocwork) into everyday work, creating and maintaining CI scripts and containers.

Developed Bluetooth Mesh based IoT example applications for Silicon Labs IoT development boards, in a scrumban agile framework.
Main responsibilties included adapting Bluetooth Mesh specification for practical application examples (such as lights or switches) and developing OTA update functionality introduced with Bluetooth Mesh 1.1.

Development of software update services on ECUs, including design and implementation.
Worked in a small team of developers developing software update applications for instrument clusters using V-model methodology for development, then SAFe after a few years. Responsibilities included understanding and adapting customer requirements and software architecture designs.
Took part in process improvements, including closer static code analyzer (QA-C) intergartion into everyday work and transitioning to Git from RTC.
